  • Updating and maintaining the university’s official web server (www.sust.edu)
  • Creating and maintaining email accounts for teachers and officials under the university’s own domain (sust.edu). In addition, creating email accounts for all students under the domain (student.sust.edu) and providing related support
  • Providing internet services at the university through Fiber Optic Campus Backbone, UTP, and Wireless Network, along with network maintenance, repair, and expansion
  • Upgradation and continuous maintenance of the Data Center.
  • Preparing specifications and conducting quality assessments of computers and related equipment for various departments and offices of the university
  • Repairing and maintaining Wi-Fi connectivity and related equipment in all residential buildings, including university halls, guest houses, and dormitories
  • Providing LAN, Wi-Fi, and eduroam connections with global SSID to all academic departments and offices of the university, along with necessary support
    Implementation, supervision, maintenance, and overall support for University Automation Software 
  • Overall supervision and maintenance of BdREN POP, Virtual Classroom, and Big Data Analytic Lab
  • File movement, receipt processing, and distribution within the office. In addition, office management, procurement of various equipment, completion of tender processes, receiving, recording, and maintaining materials
  • Development of various service software is in progress for the convenience of students and teachers
