E-Journals /E-Books/ Research Databases from the following publishers are made available via the UDL & LiCoB Consortium. These resources can be accessed within the university network (IP's) without any password

Kindly also note that indiscriminate downloading is not permitted. Kindly do not download full volumes, etc. Only download the articles that you consider useful. Usage is monitored by publishers and indiscriminate downloading may result in a cancellation of our subscription !
** Of the selected resources APS-American Physical Society, BIR- British Institute of Radiology, Cochrane Library, Geological Society were available free of cost last year (2021). ASP-American Physical Society is confirmed but other are to be confirmed for 2022. Nature (Nature Research Journals - 48 titles), Nature (Palgrave Macmillan Journals) & Springer- Aid Collection are now provided in 'access only'mode for 2022. Title from Canadian Science Publishing (was NRC Press), The Royal Society, OSA- Optical Society of America & SIPE are now available under Research4Life. IMF e-library has become Open Access from 2020. Oxford Journals is new from 2022.

Password do not shaire with anyone outside SUST, do not post any webpage/social network, do not use from abroad. Violation may lead to suspension of access for the whole university.
  • AGORA
    The AGORA programme, set up by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the UN (FAO) together with major publishers, enables developing countries to gain access to an outstanding digital library collection in the fields of food, agriculture, environmental science and related social sciences. AGORA provides a collection of up to 8,200 key journals and up to 22,000 books.
  • ARDI
    The Access to Research for Development and Innovation (ARDI) program is coordinated by WIPO together with its partners in the publishing industry with the aim to increase the availability of scientific and technical information in developing countries over 100 publishers provide access to around 30,000 journals, books, and reference works.
  • HINARI
    HINARI Program set up by WHO together with major publishers, enables low- and middle- income countries to gain access to one of the world's largest collections of biomedical and health literature. Up to 13,000 journals (in 45 different languages), up to 56,000 e-books
  • OARE
    Online Access to Research in the Environment (OARE). Working with the United Nations Environment Programme , Yale University, and a range of development and funding organizations, the founding publishers of OARE will offer full online access to environmental science journals, abstract and indexing (A&I) databases and other information resources to developing nations via the Internet.
  • GOALI
    Global Online Access to Legal Information (GOALI) is a new programme that provides free or low cost online access and training to law and law-related content. It is coordinated by the International Labour Organization (ILO) and its partners. The aim of GOALI is to improve the quality of legal research, education and training and in turn strengthen legal frameworks and institutions and further the rule of law.
