Biography
Mr. Patwary accomplished his graduation in Food Engineering and Tea Technology from Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (SUST), Sylhet, Bangladesh. In may 2023, he joined the Department of Food Engineering & Tea Technology as a lecturer.
Mr. Patwary is highly interested in Risk Assessment of food, Nobel drying technology, Glass transition phenomena and non-thermal processing of food. Now he is continuing his research work on the Microplastic Contaminant in Food sample.
