Biography

Rafid Ahmed Chowdhury is currently serving as a Lecturer in the Department of Industrial and Production Engineering (IPE) at Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (SUST), where he joined on June 15, 2025. He completed his B.Sc. (Engg.) degree in Industrial and Production Engineering from the same department in 2023.

Before joining SUST, he worked as a Lecturer at Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology (AUST). His research interests span across supply chain management, ergonomics, manufacturing processes, Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA), and lean manufacturing. He has published several journal and conference articles in these areas and is actively involved in ongoing research works.
