Biography

Fatema Khatun is a Professor at the Department of Public Administration at Shahjalal University of Science & Technology, Sylhet, Bangladesh. She completed her BSS (Hons) & MSS from the Department of Public Administration, University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. She also did her M.Phil degree from the same department. She completed her PhD in the same department. She is seriously engaged in teaching and research activities. She has several books and articles published by different national and international Publishers and Journals. Her areas of interest are E-Governance, Small and Medium Enterprises, Human Resource Management, Local Government, etc.
