Reception of our Distinguished Professor Dr. Mustafizur Rahman

The department of Industrial and Production Engineering, SUST warmly welcomes and receives a world-renowned innovator and researcher Dr. Mustafizur Rahman as our distinguished professor. In December 1982, Prof. Rahman started his teaching career as a Lecturer in the department of Mechanical Engineering at the National University of Singapore. He was promoted to Professor in 2003 and served NUS until his retirement in 2018. Currently he is a Visiting Professor at the IIITDM Jabalpur, India, and is the Managing Director of Mikrotools Pte. Ltd., Singapore. At SUST, he will lead a team for enhancing university ranking at world perspectives as well as assisting various research groups across disciplines for innovations, research and development.
