Biography

My journey in the field of research and academia has been shaped by a deep-rooted passion for probing the complex interactions in the multidisciplinary field of Food Engineering. Driven by a relentless pursuit of knowledge and a commitment to engaging in diverse fields, I secured my BSc in Food Engineering with first position in the university and also awarded the UGC Merit Scholarship. Subsequently, I completed my MSc in Food Engineering with first position from the same department and institute. Throughout my academic journey, I had the opportunity to engage in diverse research projects in the field of food chemistry, food microbiology, novel food processing technologies. My goal is to conduct cutting-edge research in these domains, ultimately translating scientific discoveries into practical applications that benefit society.

To fulfill my dream of teaching and conducting research, I joined as a Lecturer in 2021 from where I completed my graduation. This creates me huge opportunity to conduct research independently and to engage in nurturing the next generation of scholars.
