Biography
Dr. Md. Mostafizur Rahman is currently an Associate Professor with the Department of Chemical Engineering and Polymer Science (CEP) at Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (SUST), Sylhet. Dr. Rahman has been consistently productive in research, instruction and service to the SUST since his joining in 2014. Before joining at SUST, he worked for Housing and Building Research Institute (HBRI), a research organization under the ministry of Housing and Public works of the People's republic of Bangladesh, as a Research Engineer for more than 9 years. He started his career as Post graduate Research Fellow at BCSIR in 2005. He received his BS degree in Chemical Engineering and Polymer Science in 2004 from SUST. Before receiving Postdoctoral experience from the University of Memphis, Memphis, Tennessee, the United States of America, he received his Ph.D. in 2013. Dr. Rahman's research work focuses on nanomaterials, nanocomposite, MXene/conductive polymer composite, energy materials, energy storage device.
