Biography

Mr. Moshiul has been working as a Lecturer since 29th November 2018 at the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology in Shahjalal University of Science and Technology, Sylhet-3114, Bangladesh. Previously, he worked as an Intern at Molecular Genetics Laboratory under Laboratory Sciences and Services Division in International Centre for Diarrhoeal Disease Research, Bangladesh (icddr,b) and completed his thesis (M.S.) from there as well. He also worked as a Biochemist in Popular Diagnostic Centre Ltd. and as a Microbiologist in Biopharma Ltd. He successfully accomplished his B.Sc. and M.S. (obtained with the1st position) in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology, Shahjalal University of Science and Technology, Sylhet-3114, Bangladesh in the year 2014 and 2016, respectively. He was one of the founding EC members of BMB Society, SUST as well.
Besides, he is working as a member of a research team that is particularly involved in the field of Molecular Genetics and Bioinformatics. He has hand in experience in conducting sophisticated techniques and equipment like Next Generation Illumina Sequencing, Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Real-Time PCR, Biochemistry Analyzers, HPLC, and others. Recently, he has been working specifically with Diarrhoeal Diseases (Cholera and Diarrhoeagenic E. coli).
He was born on 1st November 1993 in Bogura, Bangladesh. He is very friendly, cooperative and wants to show his immense aspiration to be a quick learner and prove himself as a sincere and energetic person through extensive research work, integrity, and creativity.

  • 2. Molecular Characterization of blaSHV, blaTEM, & blaCTX-M in Extended Spectrum β-lactamase Producing Enterobacteriaceae Isolated from Fecal Samples of Farmed Animals.
