Biography

Amina is an Assistant Professor of Anthropology Shah Jalal University of Science and Technology, Sylhet. She received her BSS (Hons) and MSS in Anthropology from Jahangirnagar University, Savar , Dhaka in 2000 and 2002. She joined as a lecturer in sust in 2005. She has sixteen years of teaching experience including the previous faculty position of lecturer in the discipline of Anthropology of the same institution. Her current interests are in adaptation in regional disparate areas, Global migration, contemporary social , political issues and environmental issues.
